RAN-BASERA is being organized in the Lucknow city by Ummeed in the last 16 years, whose purpose can be to provide roof to the  people sleeping on the roads and to save them from cold, rain etc. in the changing season. In this scenario, the Deputy Chief Minister of the State, Mr. Dinesh Sharma, has made available the Ran-Basera of a Municipal Corporation in Daliganj Lucknow, which is being run by Ummeed Sanstha. The Lunger Service is being brought in the Ran-Basera by Ummeed.
